John Alexopoulos has a wide experience in the field of customer service while working with fortune 500 companies in Canada and Asia. He posses operational expertise in the Call Center/ Telecom, eBusiness/Web Application and Support for Customer Service Centers. His experience also encompasses advising on Business Strategies, Call Center, Sales Channels and Marketing Operations. He was a Member of a senior operations team under an exclusive contract to Bell Canada International operations in India and Taiwan where he established Call Centers and Sales Channels operations ahead of schedule for start-up wireless telecom operators in India and Taiwan.

He implemented customers for life strategies resulting in market share and customer satisfaction leadership in domestic and international telecom markets. He directed the development and implementation of localized training and coaching initiatives resulting in industry leading staff development and retention. Directed Web/CTI/IVR/ACD Applications, Development and Implementation. During his tenure with Bell Mobility Cellular he was directly responsible for directed inbound and outbound center operations with over 250 team members and with multi-million dollar operational budgets including the development of new billing applications for mass market and key account requirements. He increased regional CS revenues by 20% per year. He developed and implemented CTI/IVR/ACD applications, improving customer responsiveness and reducing operational support costs. He directed customer care specific training, incentives and recognition programs with a focus on employee development and retention. Prior to that he was the Marketing and Sales Support Manager for Bell Canada where he directed a multi-million dollar Sales Incentive and Recognition Program for over 500 sales and service staff. He improved sales responsiveness by directing and implementing PC based sales automation applications. Directed the development of on-line market analysis and sales results for the Ontario and Quebec sales and marketing organizations. He reported to the VP Marketing on strategic planning, prime on Market, Sales and Product planning He also was in the Middle East as a Senior Advisor, Customer Payment Operations where he directed the multi-million dollar, 100 locations, multi vend project to automate the customer payment system for Saudi Telecom. The project was successfully completed on time and within budget. He trained and mentored the local resources to take over the implementation operations resulting in local ownership of the project and reducing staffing costs. He is a Business Administration, Marketing and Advertising Major from Ryerson University, Canada and for the past 25 years, he has participated in project training skills at Bell Canada, Bell Mobility, and Bell Canada International.
